The Old City is a segment of Knoxville's Downtown area. Here, you'll find the character, history, and charm and community feel of the downtown environment. Within a few steps, you have access to breweries, eateries, local cafes and shops, beauty salons and barbers, a dog park, theatre, and so much more.

There is a paid lot next to the entrance of the loft's complex.

The Knoxville Trolley is a free transportation service. There's a Trolley stop right across the street, which will take you all around Downtown Knoxville, event centers, the Civic Coliseum, and the University of Tennessee Campus.

Uber/Lyft will also pickup/drop-off right outside the building.

However, your stay is in one of the most convenient destinations in all of Knoxville. You are a 10 minute (or less) to walk to almost any destination you'd desire.

Parking has 2 options
1- $25 a day in the lot nearby the building
2- $5 lot with a parking pass hanger that is 3-4 min walk away.

- Parties are strictly prohibited and strictly enforced. This is NOT the place to try a party. There is a resident officer in the building. All of the neighbors have our phone number. Parties WILL be evicted immediately with NO refund.

- One flight of stairs is required to access the condo. It is on the second floor of the building. No elevator. The condo is also two stories which means the master bedroom is up one set of stairs once inside the condo.

- This is right in the heart of Knoxville’s nightlife (bars, clubs, restaurants), which is great for people looking to participate/benefit from all the action. You can literally walk out your door and into all of Knoxville’s finest bistros, bars, clubs, restaurants, etc. Our home is in the center of popular night spots and night traffic. There WILL be noise from the street, people, the train (which goes behind the building and through the Old City), etc. On weekends you will hear music from the clubs. You can either open the windows and embrace the fun, or we also supply earplugs in the nightstand for light sleepers. During the week, the outside noise is usually light; however, weekends can be active.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-three percent (93.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
