This home is right on the edge of the highly desirable historic 4th and Gill area of Knoxville. Couple minutes drive to all the hottest spots in downtown Knoxville. Recently renovated with features highlighting and preserving the stunning historic character. No expense has been spared making this home the ultimate experience for you! Fair warning, you may not want to leave once you step inside this lavish urban retreat!

Parking is available for several cars in the gravel lot behind the house. You can also park several cars on the street in front of the house if you like.

The keypad code is changed after every stay and you will be provided the new code to the house the morning of check in. No need to worry about losing a key! 1 racing game is not working yet.
And the whole home is sanitized from door knobs to lamp switches - shower handles-microwaves - all handles and knobs and key pads and
A/c Thermostats to tv remotes for a clean and safe peace of mind space.

We are always available via the Airbnb Messaging or cell phones and are nearby if onsite assistance is required.

This home is very convenient to downtown Knoxville. Some areas are walkable or you can take a short Lyft ride.

We are happy to welcome pets during your stay! There is a $48 fee per pet/per night. The booking site collects the first night's pet fee automatically. The credit card provided upon booking will be charged for pet fees for the remainder of your stay.

Guest fee over 12 guests is $50 per guest

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-three percent (93.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
